Campaign: Holiday in the Hills
Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa
This project involved creating holiday programming from scratch and a robust campaign to drive transient room nights and ancillary revenue on property during a slow time of year in the Austin market. Project components managed:
- Working with videographer and photographer to capture video and photography assets.
- Working with vendors to order all holiday light installations and coordinating with on property team to install light displays.
- Negotiating and buying digital and print media for holiday campaign.
- Creating local influencer campaign. Writing contracts and developing itineraries.
- Coordinating with creative team to design ads.
Results: After the campaign and programming was implemented in December 2021, we were able to achieve a high revenue watermark for December at 133% of our room night goal.
