2019 – Present

OMNI BARTON CREEK RESORT & SPA

Marketing Manager

  • Collaborate with revenue and leadership team to elevate resort to growth leader in brand for 2021.

  • Execute property level marketing for resort’s leisure and business travel segments, including marketing for four golf courses, Mokara Spa, seven dining outlets and retail shops.

  • Develop hotel packages and add-ons with Director of Revenue. Resulted in $1.3 million additional bookings in 2021 during midweek need period. Overall bookings revenue increased by 127% in 2021 vs. 2019.

  • Refined digital campaigns to create awareness of renovated resort in drive market. Results included an increased booking conversion rate at 2.2% with a 34% increase in 2021 bookings vs. 2019.

  • Enhance B2B and B2C marketing efforts by creating website content to increase organic search rank. As a result, organic website sessions increased by 23% in 2021 vs. 2019.

  • Supported resort team during renovation in 2019 and relaunch of all resort amenity products in 2020/2021.

  • Developed and executed holiday activity experiences including “Holiday in the Hills” to drive stays during a slower time of year. Resulted in 133% of room night goal achieved in 2021.

  • Developed email templates for loyalty marketing. Achieved an above industry average open rate of 46% in 2018.

  • Supported Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa marketing team by promoting resort events to members. Targeted email campaigns produced approximately $20,000 in ticket sales for summer concert series.

  • Directed redesign of all marketing materials and website to align with new brand compass. Launched CRM tool for club team to track prospect members and maintain loyal relationships.
